Quick Start Guide

Download & Install

Download the installer and run it. Follow the setup wizard. Allow through Windows Firewall when prompted for network scanning access.

First Scan

Click "Scan Subnet" to discover all devices on your network. NetInventory auto-detects your local subnet and downloads the OUI database.

3️⃣

Monitor & Automate

Enable scheduled scanning in Settings. Configure notifications to alert you when new devices appear or go offline.

NetInventory works offline for scanning local networks. Internet is only needed for license activation and OUI database updates for vendor identification.
