3 Enter your name, email, and password
4 Check your email and click the verification link
5 Sign in — the Onboarding Wizard launches automatically on first login
1 Choose Language: Select English or Arabic (can be changed later in Settings)
2 Workspace Name: Enter your company or workspace name
3 Workspace Settings: Set currency, timezone, and logo (these CAN be changed later in Settings)
4 Invite Team: Optionally invite team members by email with assigned roles (can also do this later from the Portal)
5 Done! You land on your dashboard and can start adding assets
Workspace Name: Set during onboarding and cannot be changed afterwards.
Changeable Settings: Language, currency, timezone, logo — can be updated anytime in Settings.
Workspace Deletion: Only the workspace owner can delete a workspace. This action is permanent and removes all data.
Ownership: The user who creates the workspace is the owner. Ownership cannot be transferred.
Inviting Users: From the BinaryBridge Portal → Subscriptions → ITInventory Web → Invite Member. Enter their email and select a role.
Paid Seats: Each additional team member on Pro or Business plan requires a paid seat. Free plan is limited to 1 user.
Changing Roles: Roles are managed through the BinaryBridge Portal → Team Members, not inside the ITInventory Web app.
Removing Users: From the Portal → Team Members section. Their access is revoked immediately.

Loaning an Asset:
1 Navigate to the Loans module or the asset page → click "Check Out"
2 Select the asset to loan from the dropdown
3 Enter borrower name, return date, condition, and notes
4 Submit — the asset status changes to "On Loan"
Returning: Click "Check In" to close the loan and restore the asset status.
Full loan history is retained. Automated email notifications for checkout, return, and overdue items (via SMTP or Microsoft 365 OAuth2 — configure in Settings).
Adding a Certificate: Certificates module → Add Certificate → Enter name, issuer, expiry date. Select an asset from the dropdown to link the certificate to that asset.
Expiry warnings: yellow at 30 days, red at 7 days. Alerts appear on the dashboard — click to jump directly to the expiring item.
Adding a Subscription: Subscriptions module → Add Subscription → Enter vendor, product name, cost, billing cycle, renewal date. Select an asset or company from the dropdown to link the subscription.
Subscriptions approaching renewal appear as alerts on the dashboard. Track license counts, vendor info, and costs.
Adding a Password: Passwords module → Add → Enter service name, username, password, URL, and notes. Select an asset or company from the dropdown to link the password entry.
Revealing a Password: Passwords are hidden by default. Click the eye icon 👁️ next to the password field to reveal it temporarily. Click again to hide.
Copying a Password: Click the copy icon 📋 to copy the password to clipboard without revealing it on screen.
Security: AES-256 encrypted with unique IV per entry. Viewers can see password entries but cannot reveal or copy the actual password values. Only Admins and Managers have full password access.
Scanning: Click the barcode/QR icon in the toolbar or Assets page to open the scanner. Use your device camera or USB barcode scanner. Single scan (lookup) and continuous mode (audits with live counters and CSV export).
Searching: When a barcode or QR code is scanned, the system immediately looks up the matching asset and opens its details.
Printing Labels: Select one or more assets → click "Print Labels" → choose between Code 128 barcode or QR code format. Labels are generated and printed directly from the browser — no special software needed.
